INGREDIENTS
For the crust:

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs

For the filling:

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box vanilla or white chocolate instant pudding (large box)
  • 3 cups milk

For the topping:

  • 8 oz container cool whip
  • Chocolate syrup


INSTRUCTIONS
To make crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400, lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter in water and bring to a boil
  3. Add flour and mix well
  4. Cool slightly and stir in eggs, one at a time, mixing completely before adding another egg
  5. Spread into a greased 9x13 pan
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely

To make filling:

  1. In a large bowl, mix vanilla pudding, milk and cream cheese. Beat until lumps disappear
  2. When the crust is completely cooled, pour filling in
  3. Spread cool whip on top of vanilla pudding and drizzle syrup on top
